Welcome to Hillcrest Assisted Living

Hillcrest Assisted Living Care in Columbia, Missouri, is a residential care home for seniors requiring varying levels of assisted living. We provide respite, adult day care, rehabilitation care, short-term care, or long-term care. With our private and semi-private rooms, we can accommodate men, women, or couples. Cats are accepted. Our staff assists with bathing and dressing, monitoring medical conditions, medication supervision, and much more.

Services

Hillcrest is owned and operated by Ron Worthley, a licensed nursing home administrator with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. We have a full-time LPN and part-time RN consultant to ensure the people receive quality nursing care. Trained medication aides are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This is a relief to family members that have been trying to help out. We also have various activities such as bingo, church services, group exercise, field trips, musical groups, as well as voluntary outside groups that offer their services.

Upon an admission, we develop a treatment plan depending on the resident's needs. This plan will identify and address their physical and psychological needs. Assistance with showers, dressing, diebetic diets and monitoring, as well as medication distribution and 24 hour nursing care are the basic services of an assisted living facility. The socialization and proper diet they receive also improves their overall physical and mental health. They feel like they are part of a family again!
