Hillcrest is owned and operated by Ron Worthley, a licensed nursing home administrator with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. We have a full-time LPN and part-time RN consultant to ensure the people receive quality nursing care. Upon an admission, we develop a treatment plan depending on the resident's needs. This plan will identify and address their physical and psychological needs. Assistance with showers, dressing, diebetic diets and monitoring, as well as medication distribution and 24 hour nursing care are the basic services of an assisted living facility. Trained medication aides are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This is a relief to family members that have been trying to help out. We also have various activities such as bingo, church services, group exercise, field trips, musical groups, as well as voluntary outside groups that offer their services.
